Costs & Conditions
How we work
- A free no obligation telephone conversation to establish whether we can work with one another.
- Then we arrange a convenient date and time for your session to take place.
- All sessions are 50 minutes.
- In your first session:
- we will discuss the counselling contract
- our counsellors will explain to you how they work, and
- you are given the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
- If you decide:
- that you are comfortable with your counsellor
- would like to work with them and have further sessions, #
- Then we will book your next appointment.
Your Sessions
- All Sessions last for 50 minutes
- Will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
- Sessions are booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- Frequency of sessions can be discussed in the initial session as you can decide what will suit your lifestyle or finances best.
- There is always room for flexibility wherever practically possible as we realise work patterns may change or issues may arise and we will do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
- All sessions need to be paid for up front minimum 48 hours beforehand
- If sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then your session still needs to be paid for.
- Please note that not all the counsellors offer the Concessions Rate, this rate is offered at the discretion of each counsellor
